Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. In accessing and using the services provided by our Website you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified herein. Aavya reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to check for the recent updates. Any updates to these Terms of Conditions shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.
Money Back, Buyback & Exchanges
a) Customized (including personalized/engraved products) Jewellery is not eligible for a Moneyback, 30 Day Exchange or BuyBack. Only Life Time Exchange Policy applies.
b) Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
c) Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days money back.
d) Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 30 Day Money Back period.
e) In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewelry to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
f) The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
g) In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
h) In case of a refund on 30 days Moneyback, payment of the refund amount shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of the payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.
i) In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for futured purchase.
j) The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
k) This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
l) Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers . In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
Resizing & Repairs
a) In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
b) If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
c) If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring,the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
d) In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be mde by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
e) If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
f) Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
g) This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
Termination
Aavya may at any time terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Website and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this Website. Such termination will be without any liability to Aavya.
Aavya 's right to shall survive any termination . Any termination of your access to the Website shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product(s) already ordered from the Website or affect any liability against you that may have arisen under these Terms and Conditions.

In India, we serve to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your PIN Code in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.
Ready Stock Products**: For products that are in ready stock, delivery will be made to your doorstep within 7 days.
Made-to-Order Products**: For products that are made to order, delivery will be completed within 30 days.
For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers.

Return Policies
Aavya is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
7- days Return Policy
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
Return Charges
Domestic Order: Aavya Team will guide and assist you about our logistics service provider who will collect the order from provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
1. Customers should contact Aavya customer support on or write to support@aavyajewels.in within 7 days from the receipt of product.
2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Aavya about the delivery of the same.
3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused in its original packaging.
4. Provide the invoice, Certificate of Authenticity into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Restriction
Aavya reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Aavya reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.
Refund
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund will not be processed.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque ( amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
In case of domestic order (where the product is shipped within India), where returns are accepted by Aavya , 100% refund will be processed.
In case the customer pays through online mode then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Aavya .
In case of COD (Cash on delivery i.e. when received) the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer's choice:
1. If cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.
2. If customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then, amount will be refunded through cheque that will be sent by courier to the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days. Further, Aavya shall not be liable in case of any incorrect address provided.
Pricing & Payment
Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.
For orders being shipped within India, payment only in INR is accepted. Prices are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable.
In case international credit cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. You may be required to share with us a copy of any Government issued photo identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below:

c) Employment card
d) Any other government issued ID proof of the the country of residence.
